Great service

My first experience with ICS was better than I would have ever expected. I was going to buy the shoes anyway but the customer service helper was more than helpful convincing me of the quality of the choice I had made. The shoes were for my client that has been effected by a stroke. His walking is impaired and this foot is always swollen and he has diabetes . The reason I ordered the shoe initially is because of the difficult size to find ,(4E) He also has orthotics that make it difficult to fit his foot into a shoe. The helper on the phone, yes a real person speaking, told me of the extras of the shoe chosen. She also told me of the return options and explained that the inserts are removable.

Great service

I ordered a pair of men’s slippers for my hubby who fell in love with them. So I quickly ordered another pair with the help of the lady at your office. She was so helpful that she called me back to inform me the color I wanted was out of stock and suggested another color which I ordered. I told her how happy my husband was with this particular slipper and she informed me they won’t be making them as they have discontinued them. I am sad to hear that, but I am sure you will just are some even better.

Great Shoes For My Big Feet

Thank you, ICS for making great shoes for my big feet! I love my three children, but being pregnant with them made my feet wider and wider. Now, I wear a 10.5 WW, and as you can imagine it is very difficult to find comfortable shoes that not only fit but also look great. My new Mary Janes from ICS do both. I ordered them about 8 months ago, and now two more pairs this past month. Thank you.

Great shoes!

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable with the cushioning and extra extra wide for my bunion foot. I have been wearing these for the last 5 years and will continue. Nice selection of colors too. Customer service is outstanding.

Happy Feet

First off Dolores in support is wonderful. Guided me in getting boots for my brother-in-law with many feet issues. With the many choices with the depths and width of the boots gives you such improvement for your feet. For anyone with any foot problems you cannot just buy a normal boot from the store you need a special well-made shoes from ICS. My brother-in-law also has finger issues so the boot with the zipper and tie he absolutely loves. He ended up with a triple depth 9e, 8in boot and absolutely loves them. My problems are minor and I love the extra depth and widths for myself. Well I'll never buy from a regular shoe store anymore.

Hard to find size and very comfortable

Very happy with my shoes. I had to get 9e wide because of my inserts. Nowhere to be found. Then I came across ICS shoes online. Great looks, comfortable and at a good cost. Very, very happy. Thank you ICS.

Hard to fit

My mother has extremely swollen feet due to lymphedema. I tried 8 different pairs of shoes to find something that worked. I finally decided to reach out to the team here. With some measurements, we finally found the perfect fit. Thank you for the help.

Hard to Fit

I have always been extremely hard to fit, but it was because my feet were so long and so very narrow. Recently a bunionette flared up and I ignored the fact that all my shoes hurt it terribly. I ended up with a staff infection in that area, and was told to buy wide shoes from now on. Josie, one of the advisors at ICS has been a tremendous help to me in choosing shoes to order. She has advised me that certain shoes I had picked out would not work, others would, and she has been right! I still need extra inserts to take up some of the excess space in the shoes, but thanks to her guidance, I now own 4 pair of comfortable shoes. My only additional wish is that one ofthe companies would make a more "dressy" flat with the roomy toe space that would look better with skirts and dresses. Thanks to Josie and to ICS!!!

Help has arrived!

I have always had problems finding shoes because my feet were so long and so very narrow. Recently I have developed a large bunion on the outside of my left foot and after a serious infection in it, learned that I could no longer wear any of my large supply of shoes. Josie, one of the counselors at ICSShoes was sent from heaven, I'm sure! She has spent long periods of time on the phone with me, suggesting shoes that might work for me. Because of her help, I have finally learned that I need to buy wide shoes to accomodate that bunion, but also that leather uppers irritate it. She has guided me to softer, stretchier shoes that are actually comfortable for me to wear all day! Thanks to ICS Shoes and your advisors like Josie!!!

ICS is the best!

Almost all of my shoes are from ICS

I have called many times for advice and to ask questions. Every time Josie has gone above and beyond to be sure I get what will work best for my feet. She is incredibly knowledgable, and quick to help if something ends up not quite working out.

I have recommended ICS to friends and family in the past, and happily rate them 5 Stars!

ICS Provides Excellent Quality and Service

My husband has a long and very wide foot and therefore requires special custom-made shoes for comfort. ICS has always provided excellent quality and service in helping us to find just the right shoe for him whether it be for dress, walking, or sports. ICS Shoes Provides Phenomenal Customer Service

I just can't thank ICS shoes enough for the outstanding-plus support provided by the Personal Fitting Specialist Josie. My wife has two different size feet with medical problems on both and Josie has helped her immensely by suggesting various shoe styles and manufacturers to help solve her problems. Josie has a huge shoe knowledge base and can quickly find appropriate manufacturers, styles and sizes. She also has data on in-stock inventory and future availability. Going to shoe stores was maddening as they never had the styles, sizes or inventory. This is the best shoe fitting experience we have ever had.

We can't thank ICS and Josie enough.

JUST WHAT I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR

I have a larger left foot than my right. My left foot has a higher instep and in my entire life I have NEVER been able to get a comfortable pair.

My wife saw your company and read how these were 5/16” deeper to allow for orthotics. She figured this was just what would work for me. Also, right foot is a size 12 4E and the left foot is 12 1/2 2D. She decided to get the 13 3E/4E Size.

I just received them 3 hours ago and haven’t taken them off. They fit perfect. My orthotics fit into the shoe along with my higher instep. Nothing is pinching, binding, tight or making my foot go numb! Wish you had more colors to choose from. I’d get several more pairs!! Highly recommend!!!

Love my shoes!

This is the second pair of Propet Stability Strive shoes that I’ve purchased from here. The first pair lasted about a year & a half. I love the deep interior so I can use my custom orthotics inside. I can’t buy shoes from local stores, I need a 4E width and this website is one of the few that carries this width in my size (7 1/2). There is a good variety of styles here too and I love the color selections. Definitely will be back to buy when my 2nd pair needs replacing.
