Shoes that fit

Not New Balance but better in my Opinion

I was tired of trying and hoping that New Balance would have my size and width in stock. I started looking for 6E wide shoes online and found ICS. When I saw the price, I was amazed. I figured, "What's the harm in trying them out?" I actually purchased two pairs, and man, it paid off. They look better, feel better, and cost less. I have my eye on another pair that I want as well. It's nice to have affordable options and quality shoes.

Xx-wide

I really appreciate ICS shoe company. They are so very accommodating! Help to find the right shoes for my husband to wear with his leg brace. They are easy to help with you to return purchases till get the right fit.

Great shoe's awesome customer service

The first pair was too large and Customer service contacted me when I requested a return authorization, they sent me a label and shipped the new pair the same day the return arrived at their facility.

The shoes are perfect and high quality.

Second pair of shoes

It was nice dealing with this ICS for my hard to find diabetic shoes. Sadly the original company is no long making them. I love the style and they fit well. I found my size with this new ICS shoe company and will contact them again for the next pair. the ordering went well and recieved them in the mail pretty fast.

Extremely helpful support

The support is excellent. I had no idea what size to buy for my Mom. Customer support helped me by phone to understand how to measure and then helped me determine which shoes and what size/width she needed. The shoes arrived and fit perfectly.

Beautiful, perfectly designed and very comfortable shoes

I have very difficult feet which required a consistently manufactured and sized shoe. ICS fitted the shoes for me and delivered a most comfortable shoe.

And they are very handsome!

Finally extra extra wide shoes

Shoes were a lifesaver. 6E width was not working for me anymore. Plus I'm diabetic. I ordered size 11 with 9E width. Finally a comfortable shoe and feet don't feel bound.

I have purchased my Mt Emey sneakers several times and have never been disappointed. I wear braces on both my feet and fit well. If I would like new style call and always so helpful if will accommodate my braces

Finally - help finding shoes

I wear an AFO on my right foot and have done so for about 8 years. This last AFO was made wider and I have had a tough time finding comfortable shoes that don't bind. The help I received from Josie and Delores was wonderful and so helpful. They got me into a shoe that has been the best so far. It's not quite right yet so they are continuing to help me with lots of helpful suggestions. I will continue to use them for shoe suggestions as I trust them. Thank you

Good Company to buy shoes from

Their website is intuitive, the order process easy, shoes arrived ahead of schedule, packaging good, return policy is fair, and also they have a great selection of shoes for me - in 6E, that are hard to find elsewhere. I will be shopping here a lot in the future.

Professional, Dedicated, Informed and Creative Care -- Products that are Personal

How do you deal after you have lived an active and creative life as a teaching artist and performer and you are faced with the trials and tribulations of restructuring your life around new later-life challenges - like Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, Heart Failure, Long Covid, etc.? comfort at last

I have problem feet size 15 9E making it impossible to find comfortable shoes , until I found ICS shoes' website. I ordered sneakers and sandals and now my feet are happy and I am happy. Thank You ICS. My go to shoe store.

Excellent fit for a tough customer

Excellent fit for a tough customer. The Apis Mt. Emey 628-E Women's in a 10E fit Mom perfectly. She was very happy find a good looking and comfortable shoe.
