Good selection of hard-to-find 4E work shoes! They delivered them quickly, too!

I ordered a pair of men’s slippers for my hubby who fell in love with them. So I quickly ordered another pair with the help of the lady at your office. She was so helpful that she called me back to inform me the color I wanted was out of stock and suggested another color which I ordered. I told her how happy my husband was with this particular slipper and she informed me they won’t be making them as they have discontinued them. I am sad to hear that, but I am sure you will just are some even better.

Great company! I needed to return a pair of shoes because of the wrong size. ICS was quick to refund the purchase price without any delay or hassle. Will definetly be buying from this company in the future.

My first experience with ICS was better than I would have ever expected. I was going to buy the shoes anyway but the customer service helper was more than helpful convincing me of the quality of the choice I had made. The shoes were for my client that has been effected by a stroke. His walking is impaired and this foot is always swollen and he has diabetes . The reason I ordered the shoe initially is because of the difficult size to find ,(4E) He also has orthotics that make it difficult to fit his foot into a shoe. The helper on the phone, yes a real person speaking, told me of the extras of the shoe chosen. She also told me of the return options and explained that the inserts are removable.

After my homeless adventure left me with deformed and disabled feet, I attempted to have custom-made rugged work boots crafted for my feet. It was a total debacle. I had 2E wide feet before my homeless adventure and now I needed custom insoles to go with my extra-extra wide feet. I went on the internet and did a search for extra-extra wide boots and came across ICS Shoes. ICS shoes was the only website dedicated to people with unique foot requirements without going through the custom-made process. I am so grateful for ICS Shoes offering rugged footwear for men in extended widths to accommodate my deformed feet comfortably. I cannot enthusiastically recommend ICS Shoes enough to folks with unique foot requirements.



Suggestions for improvement: It would be greatly appreciated if ICS Shoes could pass on the following recommendations to your manufacturers:



Rugged footwear is essential for being outdoors. I noticed work/winter boots only come in an eight inch height. I would suggest offering extra-extra wide (9E) work boots in a ten or twelve inch height and (9E) winter boots in a twelve or fourteen inch height. Not sure if it feasible, but maybe they can do a limited run and see how the market responds. Also, I would suggest a boot model with extra leather in the shank of the sole (extra thick between boot and sole) to make the platform more stable. Again, very grateful for the extended selection of extra-extra wide footwear that accommodates custom made insoles and look forward to rugged improvements in upcoming work/winter boot models.

I ordered steel toe boots from ICS. Unfortunately, they were too big. ICS made the return process stress-free, easy and convenient. They refunded my money with no problem. Great customer service.

My 95 year old Father-in-law has been a die-hard customer of another "wide shoe" brand for decades and we needed to order shoes that would fit his extremely swollen feet. Not even his favorite brand had shoes wide enough to fit, so when I found ICS online, I decided to give it a try. Using the measure guide on their website, we measured his feet and legs and then I called ICS Customer Service to get their feedback on the best size to order. After providing all the measurements and talking to the Rep, she gave her recommendation and I placed the order.



The order didn't take long to arrive. We took the shoes to try on Dad. Unfortunately, his feet were still too swollen to fit properly, but at least we knew we were on the right track. He was adamant we had to return them (he has grumpy-itis) so we didn't argue and the return went smoothly.



I would have preferred to return the shoes and order another, wider pair, which is what the Customer Service recommended when I placed the original order ("if these don't work, send them back and we'll order another, wider/longer size" - I wish I could remember he name) but given Dad's attitude, we just gave up. Sometimes you have to pick your battles.



Side note: the doctors have recently been able to reduce his swelling, so we *might* give it another try... but at any rate, this was a great company and they gave 5* service. You won't regret buying this brand.



Oh, by the way, these were THE SOFTEST leather shoes I've ever purchased! They felt like butter.

As a consumer who needs the super wide shoes, I am so pleased with the quality and service by ICS. The delivery, items, and service from ICS is exceptional. I would highly recommend anyone who has issues with their feet, with finding the larger sizes, and a variety of shows, to look to ICS for those needs.

I have ordered shoes through Hitchcock for multiple years and I’ve bought shoes that never fit my feet correctly until the day that I found ICS Shoes and I buy a size 1090 because I have cavus foot and it’s been the best shoe that I’ve ever bought in my life they fit me very well. I’m not having all the foot problems that I was having before with me buying the Hitchcock shoes and I’m very very pleased every time I place an order. Usually the shoes are here within 3 to 5 days never had any issues with any of the shipping or I’m not receiving my product. Customer service has been really great so I highly recommend this company to anybody that has feet problem.

Delivery of my shoes ( actually three different pairs) happened in a timely manner. All of the received have been solid, well made shoes that are both functional and attractive. The inner pads provided in them are a valuable addition.

I expect to get many years of wear from those shoes.

My feet don’t fit most shoes on the market…6 wide, high instep, hammer toe, a bunion… You get the picture!

Ten or 15 minute’s discussion with an ICS advisor, discuss condition and needs for my feet and in a few days for shipping, I am a happy person, once again.

I just can't thank ICS shoes enough for the outstanding-plus support provided by the Personal Fitting Specialist Josie. My wife has two different size feet with medical problems on both and Josie has helped her immensely by suggesting various shoe styles and manufacturers to help solve her problems. Josie has a huge shoe knowledge base and can quickly find appropriate manufacturers, styles and sizes. She also has data on in-stock inventory and future availability. Going to shoe stores was maddening as they never had the styles, sizes or inventory. This is the best shoe fitting experience we have ever had.

Great service by Josie. She listened carefully to by needs. She helped me measure my feet. First time I ever had a correct measurement. Josie then presented me with sneaker, casual shoe and hiking boot options to try them first which I did and purchased them. I plan to purchase more from Josie. I have a condition that makes it difficult to find properly fitted shoes. I enjoy hiking, but ill fitting shoes turns what should be a joyful experience into a 3 hour experience with painful feet. The customer service rep was able to give me proper advice, and were eventually able to find hiking shoes that were a great fit. I'm getting ready to order another pair of shoes that allow me to play pickleball.

Was on the hunt for what would be classified as diabetic shoes, this company was able to show multiple options in the hard to find 9E category. Living in Alaska brought challenges of finding certain products and then upon finding them it became the question of how is it shipped because if by USPS it has to go to a P.O. box since not all places can receive mail at the home address. The rep was helpful in all concerns, confirmed the brand of shoes was available to ship to Alaska and how it would come and then it arrive a few days after the customer service call. Extremely happy with the service and the product.

I feel fortunate that I have found a large size shoe that is comfortable. My recent introduction to a shoes has made this possible.



I recommend these to all folks who have had the same problems with acquiring comfortable shoes.

My Mom has to have a lift and is extremely handicapped and disfigured in both feet. ICS Shoes was able to go by pictures of her feet and measurements of width/length and suggest the perfect shoe - it is the best fit she has EVER had. She has bought ortho shoes all 90 years of sweet life and has never been fitted so beautifully. The customer service is top notch. You do have to leave a message on the voice mail to reach a specialist but they call back within 24 hours and serve their clients exceptionally well. I recently had both my hips replaced. I visited several online shoes , looking for something to help walk in comfort. Honestly every shoe I bought did not fit. I couldn't understand why, when each website gave a description of what would work. I wear a size 13 extra wide and the description said I needed a size 20 9E!!!!!! So I bought into there nonsense. Then I found ICSShoes.com. Their was actually a phone number to talk to a Live Person. A lady named Josie answered the phone. She took the time to set the record straight on what shoe I needed.
