I have a condition that makes it difficult to find properly fitted shoes. I enjoy hiking, but ill fitting shoes turns what should be a joyful experience into a 3 hour experience with painful feet. The customer service rep was able to give me proper advice, and were eventually able to find hiking shoes that were a great fit. I'm getting ready to order another pair of shoes that allow me to play pickleball.

I wear an AFO on my right foot and have done so for about 8 years. This last AFO was made wider and I have had a tough time finding comfortable shoes that don't bind. The help I received from Josie and Delores was wonderful and so helpful. They got me into a shoe that has been the best so far. It's not quite right yet so they are continuing to help me with lots of helpful suggestions. I will continue to use them for shoe suggestions as I trust them. Thank you

My arches are falling, left foot now has a Taylor’s Bunion and two hammertoes. I used to be a size 11, now I’m a size 13 on the left, 12 on the right. ICS shoes is the only company that carries women’s size 13 in extra, extra wide. My feet finally quit hurting. Of course the shoe for the right foot is big, but by the time I insert my art support and add an extra insole, it’s just fine. My next option is custom-made shoes. Trying to hold off on that for long as possible. I’ll be ordering another pair of these soon, just in case these are no longer available by the time I wear out the first pair. I wish they had more selection in boots and other footwear for people with big feet like me.

Shoes were a lifesaver. 6E width was not working for me anymore. Plus I'm diabetic. I ordered size 11 with 9E width. Finally a comfortable shoe and feet don't feel bound.

I have very large and narrow feet and I wear an orthotic. I had trouble getting the shoe I wanted that fit me. I had to send two pairs of shoes back and order a different style and brand. However, when I reached out for help from ICS staff, I got very good advice and was able to end up with a pair of shoes that fit and that are very close to what I originally wanted.

After going to numerous stores and scrolling through dozens of websites in search for a 4E workbook, I stumbled across ICS shoes and placed and order. My work boots shipped super fast and the boots fit perfectly as expected. This is the only website I know of where I can find fashionable wider width shoes. I will certainly be placing more orders in the near future as the only other alternative for me is to get custom made shoes that cost 2500+ and several weeks to get made. At last, a pair of shoes that fit my hubby's super wide, short feet after returning at least seven other "extra-wide"pairs of shoes from various stores and vendors. Kudos to the rep who helped me find the best size for him.

I'm 73 years old with polio in one leg and hip since I was a baby. For most of my early life I had to go bare footed; my family didn't have the money to buy me special shoes until I started school. To extend their usage I could only wear them for school and church.



As I grew older I had to wear a "one size" shoe. That was virtually torture since my one foot was size 12 2wide, and the other 10 1/2 6E. Compound the fact I have only one leg muscle on the affected leg, which is 3/4" shorter.



I suffered through with this inconvenience until I got a job making enough money I could by 2 pairs of the same shoes - one pair for my normal foot, and another that still could not make me feel much difference since I could only afford shoes found in magazines or the internet.



Even at the 6E shoes, they still did not accommodate my very high arch and short leg since the toe area of the shoes were somewhat tapered and simply scrunched my toes tightly together; and no way could I ever afford to get a custom pair of shoes made since it cost almost $3,000 for the mold, and up to $4,000 for the shoes. So, I compromised. Just recently I found ICS SHOES EXTRA WIDE, DIABETIC and ORTHODIC COMFORT SHOES on the internet to see what was offered.



I found a pair that was 'suitable' for an experiment and at a surprisingly affordable price. When the shoes arrived I was very impressed that they actually looked better than the picture. Since the unaffected foot is only 2X to 3X wide I wear a thick sock on that foot and a thin sock on the wider foot. It works out satisfactorily, but still is not comfortable after a short while.



However, the ICS shoes I received went on easily (very high arch) and the shoes laces made it very easy to comfortably adjust for my one foot. I usually wear Crocs sandals (since they don't fling off my foot when I walk) unless I need to wear other styles (presentations, awards, weddings, funerals, etc.) My ICS shoes are so comfortable I wear them all day WITHOUT the usual pain and fatigue.



Yesterday (1-5-2022) I braved a make-or-break challenge by taking our granddaughter to the Dollywood area amusement attractions in Tennessee - all day! We left early and returned late. We walked what seemed like miles and I was hardly noticing my 'trouble' foot. The shoes feel so comfortable I left them on until everyone was ready for bed. What a fantastic difference it made; in fact, I put them on again this morning and still have them on with complete comfort.



Bottom line to this dissertation is the ICS product I have fulfilled every basic I need to walk more normally, with comfort. Thanks, ICS.

Finally I found you folks and I’m relieved to find the shoes I ordered from you are indeed 5X wide.

Been ordering shoes online from the usuals places. Also been returning shoes online from those places. Gets expensive and frustrating. I have a very wide foot and the widths some—-most—-sellers advertise are completely misleading. Very irritating.

But your sizing is honest and accurate. I smiled when I tried on the shoes you delivered. They fit

I BOUGHT 2 PAIRS OF SHOES THEN RETURNED ONE PAIR BECAUSE IT DIDN'T REALLY FIT LIKE I WANTED. THE PAIR I KEPT I WEAR EVERYDAY. THEY FIT GREAT AND COMFORTABLE. THE PAIR I RETURNED WAS A SIMPLE, NO-HASSEL PROCESS FOLLOWING THEIR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. OVERALL VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

These folks are very aggressive at making your feet problems go away. They were very helpful and courteous and made sure that I had shoes that fit and were comfortable. Let me be the first to say that they went far beyond the normal service and excelled at it.

I thank them allot because it's not fun when your feet hurt. I would advise anyone to give them a try.

Their website is intuitive, the order process easy, shoes arrived ahead of schedule, packaging good, return policy is fair, and also they have a great selection of shoes for me - in 6E, that are hard to find elsewhere. I will be shopping here a lot in the future.

I had tried to solve my foot problem by ordering a couple different shoes. I finally presented my problem to one of the customer service gals and she understood and was able to suggest a correct shoe and size to solve the mystery of ordering.

I haven’t been able to try fit yet as I’m working through some post operative issues. As soon as I can I will be trying them on. They look like they should work well with my crazy feet.

I was able to speak to a REAL person who directly answered the phone!!! I didn't go through "press 1. for this, etc." I had made a mistake in my order and a nice lady answered the phone a few days before Christmas. My brother loves his Drew extra, extra wide boots!

Yes, I know, all shoes look great, right? But how do they feel is the bigger question. They feel like old shoes, but they are not. Very comfortable, and the width is perfect.

Easy to order online, and I assume the return policy is not an issue.

My first experience with ICS was better than I would have ever expected. I was going to buy the shoes anyway but the customer service helper was more than helpful convincing me of the quality of the choice I had made. The shoes were for my client that has been effected by a stroke. His walking is impaired and this foot is always swollen and he has diabetes . The reason I ordered the shoe initially is because of the difficult size to find ,(4E) He also has orthotics that make it difficult to fit his foot into a shoe. The helper on the phone, yes a real person speaking, told me of the extras of the shoe chosen. She also told me of the return options and explained that the inserts are removable.
