After 5 unsuccessful pairs of shoes from different companies for my father with Hammer Toes your company came through with flying colors, the 9e is wide enough to not cramp and push on his toes to help save from pain. Thank you.

I feel fortunate that I have found a large size shoe that is comfortable. My recent introduction to a shoes has made this possible.

I recommend these to all folks who have had the same problems with acquiring comfortable shoes.

I have ordered shoes through Hitchcock for multiple years and I’ve bought shoes that never fit my feet correctly until the day that I found ICS Shoes and I buy a size 1090 because I have cavus foot and it’s been the best shoe that I’ve ever bought in my life they fit me very well. I’m not having all the foot problems that I was having before with me buying the Hitchcock shoes and I’m very very pleased every time I place an order. Usually the shoes are here within 3 to 5 days never had any issues with any of the shipping or I’m not receiving my product. Customer service has been really great so I highly recommend this company to anybody that has feet problem.

I ordered steel toe boots from ICS. Unfortunately, they were too big. ICS made the return process stress-free, easy and convenient. They refunded my money with no problem. Great customer service.

We ordered a pair of high tops and they sent low tops. I made a phone call to customer service. They were efficient, courteous. They were extremely fast on the exchange for the high tops and delivery was fast also. Thanks for your help in expediting the correct shoe.

My sweet daughter-in-law ordered me shoes for Christmas. Unfortunately they did not fit due to changes with my size as I have gotten older - bunions, etc. Customer service was above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for! My DIL had already told me how good Josie was! Could not have been happier with the final results!! I will be shopping with them again!!

I have purchased my Mt Emey sneakers several times and have never been disappointed. I wear braces on both my feet and fit well. If I would like new style call and always so helpful if will accommodate my braces

Amazing Customer Service

My Mom has to have a lift and is extremely handicapped and disfigured in both feet. ICS Shoes was able to go by pictures of her feet and measurements of width/length and suggest the perfect shoe - it is the best fit she has EVER had. She has bought ortho shoes all 90 years of sweet life and has never been fitted so beautifully. The customer service is top notch. You do have to leave a message on the voice mail to reach a specialist but they call back within 24 hours and serve their clients exceptionally well. They rushed the shipment from Cali to TN within a week. Great job! Thank you for giving her what she has never had. Her quality of life has changed because of these shoes...Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Best Customer Service & Largest Selection of W I D E Shoes!

I have bought several different types of shoes. I have the happiest feet now. I wish I had discovered this website years ago. I am also extremely impressed with the lady on the phone for customer service. She can answer anything about any shoe you ask about. Her upbeat demeanor is most evident. She obviously loves her job and it come through on the phone. I will buy all my shoes from here.

Best Customer Service Anywhere

I will return to this company whenever I need this product. They are kind, helpful, professional and responsive. I have been taken aback by their impeccable service and it made me wonder why I couldn’t get a tenth of a percent of the same customer service at other places. The product was perfect and we had been looking for awhile. My husbands feet are very edematous as well as poor circulation and the shoes were outstanding. Bravo to this company.

Best fitting shoes ever

I have been having trouble finding shoes to fit my wide feet. Finally, ICSShoes had a 6e wide work shoe that is a perfect fit. Great quality, great fitting, and great price. Couldn't be happier.

I am a diabetic. I was wearing a pair of boots (brand new 4F). That had worn a sore on my small toe. Of course it got an infection in it. I ordered a pair of boots 9E

Shipping was very quick

My toe was scheduled to be amputated With antibiotic and your wider boot the toe healed up with in 2 weeks No need for amputation

I have problem feet size 15 9E making it impossible to find comfortable shoes , until I found ICS shoes' website. I ordered sneakers and sandals and now my feet are happy and I am happy. Thank You ICS. My go to shoe store.

Customer Service Review

I bought a pair of leather shoes to fit my hard to fit feet; Size 11 6E. They lasted for only a few months with normal farm use and then the soless delaminated from the uppers. My local shoe repair store said that, because of their poor construction, they could not be repaired.

I talked with Josie in customer Service and she refunded my money completely, which I put toward a pair of shoes that I had bought in the past from ICS and that worked well. Not leather but very serviceable.

This is an example of OUTSTANDING customer service!! Kudos to Josie and ICS shoes.

Great service by Josie. She listened carefully to by needs. She helped me measure my feet. First time I ever had a correct measurement. Josie then presented me with sneaker, casual shoe and hiking boot options to try them first which I did and purchased them. I plan to purchase more from Josie. If she worked for me in the corp world she would get a bonus, raise and exceptional service recognition. Thanks Josie😀
