Good Shoe, Excellent Customer Service

The shoe was for an abnormally shaped foot, and my first Propet purchase. While the length and width were a good fit, unusually large instep and heel girths made entry too difficult to be useful. It was impossible to predict that potential issue from any information on Propet or ICS websites. The refund service sent a return label immediately on reqest. Good company, need a different shoe.
