Excellent service: very satisfied

I have a hard time getting shoes that are comfortable. I have extreme "hammer toes" on both feet, and my feet are both big and wide. Foot pain is pretty much constant. I ordered a pair of hiking boots in 14 4E, and I found them to be a bit too tight. I called a representative, and she suggested that I try a wider boot. I sent back the original pair and received a pair of 14 9E boots in return. I removed the bottom insole, replaced just the top one, and the shoes fit very well, with no more painful chafing on the tops of my curled toes. I've been wearing them for three days now, and I'm very pleased.

Getting it done till right

These folks are very aggressive at making your feet problems go away. They were very helpful and courteous and made sure that I had shoes that fit and were comfortable. Let me be the first to say that they went far beyond the normal service and excelled at it.

I thank them allot because it's not fun when your feet hurt. I would advise anyone to give them a try.

Happy Feet

First off Dolores in support is wonderful. Guided me in getting boots for my brother-in-law with many feet issues. With the many choices with the depths and width of the boots gives you such improvement for your feet. For anyone with any foot problems you cannot just buy a normal boot from the store you need a special well-made shoes from ICS. My brother-in-law also has finger issues so the boot with the zipper and tie he absolutely loves. He ended up with a triple depth 9e, 8in boot and absolutely loves them. My problems are minor and I love the extra depth and widths for myself. Well I'll never buy from a regular shoe store anymore.

Love my shoes!

This is the second pair of Propet Stability Strive shoes that I’ve purchased from here. The first pair lasted about a year & a half. I love the deep interior so I can use my custom orthotics inside. I can’t buy shoes from local stores, I need a 4E width and this website is one of the few that carries this width in my size (7 1/2). There is a good variety of styles here too and I love the color selections. Definitely will be back to buy when my 2nd pair needs replacing.

Wide and Comfortable

I have very wide feet and also have neuropathy. I have always purchased New Balance shoes to get wide sizes. However, I wanted comfortable shoes that were better styled. My ICS shoes are exceptionally wide and incredibly comfortable.

Excellent product and superior service

My experience with ICS was top notch. I ordered a product that I previously purchased in a different color. I get loads of complements on the shoe, and not only is it attractive it is also very comfortable for walking. Customer service was excellent. They always take time to listen to my concerns and select the right shoe for me. I plan to purchase summer shoes from them when the weather warms up.

Not very many companies carry workboots wide enough for my feet so it is a relief to find them. I bought 2 pair of Hoss Carson 6" boots and they fit very nicely. Almost wish it was summer so I could wear them immediately.

Great Customer Service

I was able to speak to a REAL person who directly answered the phone!!! I didn't go through "press 1. for this, etc." I had made a mistake in my order and a nice lady answered the phone a few days before Christmas. My brother loves his Drew extra, extra wide boots!

Great shoes!

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable with the cushioning and extra extra wide for my bunion foot. I have been wearing these for the last 5 years and will continue. Nice selection of colors too. Customer service is outstanding.

I BOUGHT 2 PAIRS OF SHOES THEN RETURNED ONE PAIR BECAUSE IT DIDN'T REALLY FIT LIKE I WANTED. THE PAIR I KEPT I WEAR EVERYDAY. THEY FIT GREAT AND COMFORTABLE. Love these shoes

I’m kinda between sizes so decided to try 7.5 instead of my usual 8. There is a difference in the depth and toe box width so they didn’t work. I marked exchange in my return and called the number on the next business day. It was so easy. The rep was very nice and handled everything. Very pleased with my exchange and the size 8 is very comfortable. I’ve been wearing Drew shoes for some time now due to bunion and needing extra cushion. My orthotics fit on top of the Drew insert. Thank you for carrying these!!

Best Customer Service & Largest Selection of W I D E Shoes!

I have bought several different types of shoes. I have the happiest feet now. I wish I had discovered this website years ago. I am also extremely impressed with the lady on the phone for customer service. She can answer anything about any shoe you ask about. Her upbeat demeanor is most evident. She obviously loves her job and it come through on the phone. I will buy all my shoes from here.
