If you need extra wide shoes this is the place to go they fit great and even had to return & get a different size very comfortable

Not any wider than most 6E shoes

I've been looking everywhere for shoes to fit my stupidly wide feet. Took me a while to find anything wider than XXW. Came upon these, saw they had a 13 9E in stock, and pulled the trigger.

My feet are 5.5" wide. Most 6Es are something like 4.9" wide. It should stand to reason that 9Es would be quite a bit wider than 6Es.

Unfortunately, Apis seems to disagree. They're barely 5.1" wide at the widest. So I'm a bit disappointed.

As for the rest of the shoe, besides the narrowness, it's quite comfortable. Light, breathy, soft, and seems sturdily made. We'll see how they hold up.
