I have a very wide foot and a high instep with a bone spur on top of that. These are both wide and deep enough and very comfortable. They cost more than most, but worth it.

I have small sized and very wide feet, plus ankle problems. Due to birth defects, this has been a life-long problem, but I have found Drew shoes to be very good at accommodating my foot issues along with my custom orthotics. I purchased these shoes to be able to walk outside for fitness in the winter with more stability than my other pair of athletic walking shoes. Although pricey, as I have different sized feet and need to buy two pairs, they seem to be good quality and will hopefully last a long time. I am still breaking them in, but have had no issues on my one foot. I have had a minor issue on my other foot, due to pressure points changing, but that is more due to foot than the shoe. I believe these will be favorites of mine for a long time.
