Need to order a size smaller

I only wore these for a few minutes but they were so comfortable. My orthotic fit very well but the shoes run a little large and I have had to exchange for a smaller size.

I found this shoe cute and cheery due to bright colors. Best to order 1/2 size down. Unfortunately the heel slips when I put in my own orthotic.
