How to Eliminate Hip Pain

Our hip flexors are the engine through which our body moves. They control balance, our ability to sit, stand, twist, reach, bend, walk and step. Everything goes through the hips. When our hip flexors tighten it causes a lot of problems in ordinarily healthy and active people.

I have incurred acute pain from my hips. For a long time I thought it was a problem with my back. I would experience the pain after walking, running, and playing tennis. It would hurt while I was sitting or trying to sleep. The only way I could get any relief was to do simple stretching exercises but they only help for a limited amount of time.

In 2019 I was playing tennis 3-4 times a week. After one of my matches I could barely walk and had an intense pain in my lower abdomen. It hurt when I simply tried to walk - forget running or playing tennis. My doctor referred me to have an Ultra Sound, which was inconclusive - I thought it might be a hernia. The next test was an Abdominal CT Scan, again - inconclusive. I then visited with my doctor and he thought I might have a degeneration of my pelvic. I was happy that at least it wasn't a hernia... but what was causing so much pain?

Over the next few months the pain began to subside but I still could not walk without pain. I tried all kinds of stretching which helped but that deep pain remained. It took over a year for it to finally subside, however, it was still there and bothered me whenever I tried to run or really exert myself.

When I found this program it answered a lot of questions. It turned out to be an issue with my hips / hip abductors. It was a matter of opening up my hip flexors which have always been tight. It was also essential to do the right exercises & stretches in the correct order to warm up the muscles.

The crazy thing about it is, for just a few dollars I could have resolved the problem several months earlier, if only I had known the correct stretches and exercises.

The program I found includes a Coaching video, showing the correct stretching exercises in the Proper Order to completely open up hips. After doing these exercises for a few weeks my hips feel so much better.

For a minimal cost, I was able to incorporate the lessons I learned into my daily regimen which has improved my flexibility, range of motion, and eliminated all of the pain from my hips.
