Was on the hunt for what would be classified as diabetic shoes, this company was able to show multiple options in the hard to find 9E category. Living in Alaska brought challenges of finding certain products and then upon finding them it became the question of how is it shipped because if by USPS it has to go to a P.O. box since not all places can receive mail at the home address. The rep was helpful in all concerns, confirmed the brand of shoes was available to ship to Alaska and how it would come and then it arrive a few days after the customer service call. Extremely happy with the service and the product.

These shoes are not readily available in our area. These Drew shoes are about the only thing that she can walk in safely. My experience with ICS was top notch. I ordered a product that I previously purchased in a different color. I get loads of complements on the shoe, and not only is it attractive it is also very comfortable for walking. Customer service was excellent. They always take time to listen to my concerns and select the right shoe for me. I plan to purchase summer shoes from them when the weather warms up.

Although my last purchase didn't quite fit me well enough (a little too narrow) I had no problem with the return and refund. Thank you, ICS!

I have a hard time getting shoes that are comfortable. I have extreme "hammer toes" on both feet, and my feet are both big and wide. Foot pain is pretty much constant. I ordered a pair of hiking boots in 14 4E, and I found them to be a bit too tight. I called a representative, and she suggested that I try a wider boot. I sent back the original pair and received a pair of 14 9E boots in return. I removed the bottom insole, replaced just the top one, and the shoes fit very well, with no more painful chafing on the tops of my curled toes. I've been wearing them for three days now, and I'm very pleased.

I have a very wide fit these are the only shoes that fit right out of the box and no pain.

I wanted to share my customer service experience with you, because it was so extraordinary.

The foot specialist, Josie, was extremely well mannered, gracious, patient, very knowledgeable and with a fine sense of humor.

She helped me to find the right shoes, and no matter how many questions I had, she was always kind and helpful. She's a real person and you have the sense that she and the company really care about you, that this is not just a business about making money. There is a genuine concern for the human being, coupled with great expertise about shoes.

She and the company really went out of their way to be helpful. I would recommend them to anyone, and I plan to buy all my shoes from them in the future.

Kudos to your company and to Josie for being so kind, caring, knowledgeable and decent. Hard to find these days.

As a consumer who needs the super wide shoes, I am so pleased with the quality and service by ICS. The delivery, items, and service from ICS is exceptional. I would highly recommend anyone who has issues with their feet, with finding the larger sizes, and a variety of shows, to look to ICS for those needs.

My 95 year old Father-in-law has been a die-hard customer of another "wide shoe" brand for decades and we needed to order shoes that would fit his extremely swollen feet. Not even his favorite brand had shoes wide enough to fit, so when I found ICS online, I decided to give it a try. Using the measure guide on their website, we measured his feet and legs and then I called ICS Customer Service to get their feedback on the best size to order. After providing all the measurements and talking to the Rep, she gave her recommendation and I placed the order.



The order didn't take long to arrive. We took the shoes to try on Dad. Unfortunately, his feet were still too swollen to fit properly, but at least we knew we were on the right track. He was adamant we had to return them (he has grumpy-itis) so we didn't argue and the return went smoothly.



I would have preferred to return the shoes and order another, wider pair, which is what the Customer Service recommended when I placed the original order ("if these don't work, send them back and we'll order another, wider/longer size" - I wish I could remember he name) but given Dad's attitude, we just gave up. Sometimes you have to pick your battles.



Side note: the doctors have recently been able to reduce his swelling, so we *might* give it another try... but at any rate, this was a great company and they gave 5* service. You won't regret buying this brand.



Oh, by the way, these were THE SOFTEST leather shoes I've ever purchased! They felt like butter.

The extra wide shoes fit me great and they were laces which I need.

I decided to not keep them due to thick sole making difficult to drive.

I called to return them and they took them back with no questions other than they need original box. I received the refund money within 2 to 3 weeks. I would recommend ICS to anyone and will shop for other shoes.

I dread looking for shoes. This last time I did a Google search I found ICS Shoes. The size selection for very, very, very wide shoes was a pleasant surprise. I expected to be limited to maybe 4 or 5 choices, but found a lot more.

The directions for determining size was precise.

I did decide to return a pair. The woman who answered my phone call was charming. I received my credit promptly. The next time I need shoes I will purchase them from ICS.

I ordered a pair of shoes online. Every single time I’ve done that, they never fit.

I’m Canadian but the a postal box in Port Huron. I had them delivered there and picked them up. For the first time ever I found a pair of very cool boots that fit. We have nothing like ICS shoes here in Canada. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Beautiful leather shoes.
