Below is the policy for accepting returns:

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery

• The Customer is responsible for returning any item.  Innovate, Inc. will provide customer with Return Shipping Label.

• Returned merchandise must be in like new condition, where it can be re-stocked - Must be clean with NO visible wear. We suggest you initially wear / try on shoes on a carpet to determine if they fit properly. If shoes are worn outside, the underside will become visibly worn and a return of merchandise will not be accepted

• Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging it was delivered in

• Do Not write on or adhere tape to the original packaging. The merchandise and packaging must be in like new condition when returned

• If merchandise is returned but not accepted as described above, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the senders expense
